Dr. Russ Rainey |
Dr. Russ Rainey is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has served three mega-churches as Director of Counseling. In that capacity, he has also led and trained large teams of staff and volunteers in a variety of people-helping ministries. His work experience also includes teaching at the university and seminary level, directing programs for a Christian-based corporation, and directing coaching services for a Christian non-profit. He is currently Director of Courageous Growth Coaching.
Russ is a Certified Leadership Coach and Coach Trainer. He loves Life and Leadership Coaching and is gifted at listening, assessing, asking insightful and powerful questions, and inspiring individuals to dream big, set goals, get unstuck and stay on track to the fulfillment that God intends. |
