How Do I Draw People Correctly In Paintings?
If you are keen on drawing an being an artist, there is often one obstacle you'll come across and one question you will always be asking, " How can I draw people?". To find the answer to my question I looked on line and found an excellent e-book on the topic that made learning how to draw people both easy and enjoyable. Before I found the answer to my question, I always tried to shy away from drawing portraits and relied on other subject matters as well as still life. That was until I truly addressed my question "how do I draw people" and quickly learned that it was not as hard as I first imagined
simply by following some clear directions, in no time at all, just like me, you will become confident in drawing people. "How can I draw people" had been the question on the tip of my tongue for such a long time but I did not have the confidence to answer question or confront the real issue. Every time that I asked myself the question, all I could remember were those dreaded art classes from when I was in school and all those failed tries at drawing portraits.
Therefore, how do I draw people? I bet you are impatiently awaiting my answer?. Well, there is no magic trick or way to draw people, what you need is a while and patience and exercise. The good news that I can share with you here is that drawing people really is not as hard as it seems and that with the correct instruction you will be drawing like a true expert very quickly.
Therefore, how do I draw people? Well, firstly; the greatest place to begin when you are learning to draw people is to draw the head. After the easy and simple to use instructions in the e book I found that learning how to draw people was fun; the most crucial part was judging where to add the features to the face. And once I had learned how to draw the head and face of my people, then I moved on quickly to learn how to draw the body; the most important lesson that I learned here was to learn how to draw the body in proportion to the head properly.
With these 2 basic suggestions in mind, I really started to realise the answer to my question "how do I draw people". What I did learn form reading the e-book was that learning to draw people and portraits should be fun not hard work, and moreover it really isn't hard at all. How do I draw people? Well the answer to that question now is that I draw them with confidence and successfully and that I am the envy of my peers.
