Is The United States Health Care System Really So Troubled?
Much effort has been directed towards the health care system of the USA , in terms of time, funds and technology among other things. This effort has been aimed to give the US one of the best and comprehensive medical services that cater for everyone across the board. Currently, much more effort is being put in place especially after the new Obama administration come in place. The current system is highly questioned due to the challenges present in the sector. These issues are manifested in the areas of value accorded to the treatment, expenses incurred by the government and accessibility of health system to the ordinary citizen.
Discussion
To begin with, the aspect of value associated to the medical facilities in the USA is alarming; unfortunately the international community is not aware of this situation. For instance, it has been established that the errors done by the medical practioners to their patients are large in numbers more than the car accident occurrences present in America, for instance, there was a period of close to nine years where medical practioners caused the deaths of around one million patients. The doctors in question were not brought in to book because of the negligence aspects found in the group of legal representatives. Again, there have occurred very moving reports affecting the young and the elderly groups. For example, a pair of young people got transferred organs that had different type of blood group. In addition, it was also reported that an elderly person got his leg cut during operation, but afterwards problems occurred. In comparison to other countries which are ranked low economically, they have low death occurrence instances and an elaborate living duration more than the USA which is above them economically.
Secondly, there is the aspect of accessibility of healthcare services. Incase, they conduct different medical practitioners, details of treatment are not made available to them hence making the cover unfriendly to the less fortunate in the society. To a large extent many people with illness that are seen to be complicated and long time are not considered thereby contributing to the poor health care condition in the region. On the other hand, the aspect of racism play a very big role on the companies that provide the health covers too. The non white population are mostly denied acceptance to the covers because they are more susceptible to adverse illness as compare to the original USA habitats. This then pulls back the efforts to spearhead viable health problems because part of the population is denied access to the providers of the medical facilities.
Thirdly, the issues of funds directed to the healthcare sector have proved to be less due to the increase in population and other aspects found in the industry. The specified money accorded to the various ages of people should be revised to suit the test of time. If ignored, the health care sector will largely eat into the financial position of USA. Another aspect causing havoc on the financial position of USA is the technological perspective present in every aspect of life. Although some of the new knowledge is seen as cost cutting to the sector , there is more in expenses realized in embracing such. (Gerard, Peter and Varduhi, Pp 17-28)
Lastly, politics has played and adverse role in the health care sector especially in regards to determining the cost of medicines. Some medicines are too costly because of the hand governing the policies of determining the net worth of the medicines This has made the companies that provide covers not to shoulder the responsibility of providing such costly medicine which are vital to the USA people. As a result, the health standards have gone down.
Conclusion
The bottom line therefore is based on the reluctance experienced among the medical practioners and the governing body present in the various states of the USA. An active and most immediate strategy should be designed to wake up the medical group to take up commitment in their work, and the politicians too, to make policies that are friendly to the general public. The companies that provide covers should be sensitive to the needs of each and every USA inhabitant so as to improve the health care situation which is seen as ever moving towards the downward trend. Braxton and Travis are both alright. They are both fairly masculine and strong and the more timeless middle names balance them out well.
Jasey sounds a bit downmarket and cutesy and I don't think it will age well. Emilie Renee is much better, though spelling it as Emily would prevent a lifetime of spelling it out for people.
