The Mighty Sphinx

Sphinx of Giza

The sphinx of Giza is the statue therianthrope that stands before the Great Pyramids plateau of Giza, upstream of the Nile Delta in Lower Egypt. It is also known by the Arabs Abu al-Hol ( "father of terror").

the lamp has a carving of flowers two sphinx one on each side one sphinx is talking to a man in front of him and some hieroglyphs on one side as well as on the other side and on the other a sphinx with an eagle behind him wearing something on its head holding something in its paw like flowers , on top it has a pharaoh in top front and a diferren looking pharaoh on top back side and on both sides two archers on a chariot and the base has images of the egyptian sun god ra and seth and a mother with a child in her lap and a woman with wings and other god like people engraved. would some one tell me if it is an authentic genie lamp please?Would someone please teach me how to use the magic genie lamp and make my genie make my wish come true? it came from Sinai peninsula in Egypt
My sister bought it to me as a gift from her trip to egypt.

It is the Genie that grants wishes not the lamp. If you have a Genie trapped in it then you get to make wishes. However unless a wizard used it to trap a Genie, it is just a lamp.
