The Azores

Lately I have been i a bit of a slump. How can I pick myself up and feel beautiful and worthy 
take a day for yourself once in awhile. happens to me too, but when i feel blah about myself, ill give myself a pedicure, or take a nice bath and light some pretty candles. if you begin to do nice things for yourself, you will feel better about yourself. also, think about starting a new hobby doing something that interests you. oh, and for the really blah days, do a beauty day with your girlfriends. go get manicures, or a facial and grab some lunch.
