PURPOSE OF WOMEN MOTORCYCLE JACKETS
With the passage of time the no of women motor cycle riders have increased which lead to more demand of women motorcycle jackets. The main purpose of women jacket is to protect the women from any unexpected event. While ridding a motorcycle the speed of the motorcycle may increase or the women may lose balance on the bike which can lead to a severe accident. MATERIAL USED IN MAKING WOMEN MOTORCYCLE JACKETS
Women motorcycle jackets are made from various materials but the most commonly used material is leather. It is used due to its extraordinary features. Leather is flexible, strong and also tougher. It also looks well so it is the ideal material for women motorcycle jackets. They are burst resistant and can survive in the extreme conditions as well. After completing the paper work, the practical work starts. Ian this step the material is cut down according to the selected design. The leather is cut down properly in to various pieces according to the cuts and size.
COMBINING THE PIECES
In this step, the pieces of leather and other fabrics are sewed with the help of machine. It I same like sewing any garment or clothes. In this step the main body of the motorcycle jacket is made.
FINAL TOUCHES
In this step final touches are given to the jacket and any error or fault is removed. Moreover the label of the company are also printed on the jackets I this step.
QUALITY CONTROL
In this step various techniques are used to check the quality of the jackets. If any fault is detected in the stitching or design than the jackets are sent back.
