Special occasions are well-remembered due to the memories it produce. But to make it eternal you need to document the special occasion. Precisely, why do people enjoy compiling different albums in their pastime and are having the hobby to take photographs? - Performances or sporting events: Our kids get the opportunity to play only for two years in their school`s dream team. It would be great to keep a memento of these special star moments. Where can I get a school composite photo/poster?
I am a photographer's assistant and we have secured a job with a beauty school who wants us to take individual pictures of its students. They also want a composite picture to put on the wall with the names of the students underneath their pictures. I hope someone knows what I am talking about. They are the types of pictures you might see in a high school or for a fraternity or sorrority. The pictures are covered by a matting with oval shaped holes cut out so you can see the pictures and then the name (of each student) is on the matting below their pictures. What I need to know is where I can get help doing a picture like that and the matting, as well. Where do photographer's go to get this kind of picture done? Is there any site online that does this kind of work? Please help if you know anything at all. Thank you so much.
I had a problem with this and that is why i rarely offer this service. The best place to go for the kind of matting and finished product would probably go to a craft store that offers this type of serivce as it is something like framing.
Specifcally though, I do not know of any online place that offers what you are looking for.
Another suggestion would be to create a poster on your computers editing software and have it printed out. This way you can do all the tricks and tweaks yourselves without having to worry how it will turn out.
