Have patience
Like any other games, it requires patience to play the pool professionally. You will have plenty of time to prepare for the shot, and you have to use that time to collect all the confidence, aim the ball and decide where to hit the ball. The Spin

The diamonds
Perhaps this is the most crucial tips for playing pool but is ignored more often. Usually located at the corner this allows players to set an angle shot. When you strike the diamond at 45 degree the ball will move at the same degree but opposite in direction. This shot help players to find where the ball will end up on the table.
Eye Contact
Targeting or aiming the ball in a right way with your eye gives the exact shot that you want. When you are positioning and getting ready for the hit, make sure you use your dominant eye to aim the ball. This is also a crucial part. Yes, you can break anywhere behind the line, it's called the Head line,
the front ball in the rack is on the second diamond from the rear, center of table called the Foot line.
