ok does anyone know where i can go to get a pic of my dog printed onto some fabric so that i can make a pillow

I know you can buy a software that will turn your pictures into iron on appliques. My kids teacher did it for a project. She took a picture of the class and then printed the appliques to iron on T-shirts. You could do the same for a pillow.
