Why can the Statue of David (which is a sculpture depicting a naked young man of around 15-16 years old), paintings of a naked boys by Caravaggio and Henry Scott Tuke are considered artwork and can be displayed in galleries but if I post a photo of my little niece and nephew running naked in the backyard innocently enjoying cooling down in their backyard pool (photo taken with full knowledge of the parents), I get banned as posting child pornography?

Daphne: What about those parents who proudly display their child photos (naked, semi naked or clothes) WITH the child names and ages, in shopping centres when they have a "cutest baby" competition?
Also, "pervs get hold of stuff" doesn't work with me. They can also do the same thing with pictures of the artwork I mentioned, yet those artworks don't get removed for "encouraging" pervs.
You may be doing it innocently, but the problem is that there are so many freakin' pervs out there that want to get a hold of stuff like that to get there jolly's. It's ok for you to have it for your family's sake in saving a memory, but you can't share it with the world.
I am sorry you feel that you are being picked on, I am just telling you how it is out there. Pictures of a cutest baby at the mall isn't the same as posting on the internet, it just isn't. The child porn lovers scour the internet for their smut. They aren't interested in a statue or a painting. They want pictures of little children...especially naked. You can get mad and disagree, but it isn't going to change it. Pictures of your kids isn't art.
