Well I can't imagine how you are going to spend a whole day in El Jem, There's not much to do there. In the other three you might spend the day if you include the time used for travelling. The best way to travel from place to place is by hiring a car and an experienced driver, it will cost you between 120 and 200 dinars roughly about 50 and 100 euros for the whole day. It is very safe to travel alone. Tunisians are very helpful and for a dinar or two given as tips they do their best to help you. Yes they do have daily tours for those place but it depends where you are staying, so its best to ask at the hotel or your traveling agent. I would recomend you visit Carthage land in hammamet, Aqua Palce in sousse, Frigua Park in Hammamet and the zoo in Tunis. Hope you enjoy your holiday.
