Innovative Mexico Real Estate Website Includes Google Street View
When viewing Mexico Real Estate listings over the internet from your home country, you have probably found excellent looking properties, in the right price range, with beautiful interior design and excellent exterior style, but then thought to yourself that it would be nice to see what's around the building, and take a little tour of the neighborhood before advancing into the more involved steps. In the case of Playa del Carmen Real Estate and Cancun Real Estate, as well as several other international real estate destinations in Mexico, this is now possible! The TOPMexicoRealEstate NETWORK, "Your Expert Property-Finders," has become the first real estate web site in Latin America to integrate Google Map's "Street View" into its listings to allow potential buyers not only to view the property, but also the surrounding neighborhood in a virtual, "walk-through" style tour.
When you enter TOPMexicoRealEstate.com, clicking on the "Mexico Listings" tab will take you to a set of listings from key international real estate destinations within Mexico. If you choose look at the more detailed listing from Playa del Carmen or the Riviera Maya, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, at the bottom of the description there is a Google Satellite View map (included in all listings, regardless of what area they are from), and directly beneath it will appear a "Street View" focused on the property in question. As property searches, you can click on various locations in the view to turn around, walk forward, zoom in or zoom out, and thus take yourself on a self-guided virtual walking tour of the neighbourhood, and choose any view of the property supported by Google.
Google Street View is a relatively new tool, launched in 2007 with only 5 American cities, and since then growing to include many cities in the U.S., Canada, Europe and other locations around the world. Street View finally arrived in Mexico in mid-November 2009, including Playa del Carmen, Cancun and Puerto Vallarta, as mentioned above, in addition to Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Puebla. TOPMexicoRealEstate moved quickly to apply this newly available tool to the real estate industry.
